Do you ever feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying life's challenges on your own? If you've found yourself asking, "What else can I do?" you're not alone. Together, we can build practical skills, increase understanding, and create meaningful change.
I work with individuals, couples, children, teens, and families facing anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, and parenting challenges.
You may be:
- Overthinking conversations and second-guessing yourself
- Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck
- Experiencing conflict or disconnection in your relationships
- Struggling with communication or power struggles within your family
As a parent, you may be concerned about a child or teen who is having difficulty with attention, organization, emotional regulation, impulsivity, or school performance.
How we will work together
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're facing personal challenges, relationship struggles, or concerns about your child. I'm here to help you better understand what's happening beneath the surface, increase emotional regulation, and build effective communication skills . Together, we'll make sense of the challenges you're facing, strengthen your confidence in handling them, and work toward lasting changes that help you feel more balanced, connected, and supported.

As a certified yoga instructor, I also value the strong connection between mind and body in promoting overall mental health.
What's left to know:
My own life experiences have shaped the way I show up as a counselor—with empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for what it means to be human. I know how hard life can feel at times, and I bring that understanding into every session. I don’t come with all the answers—I come ready to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you find your own way forward.
Just by being here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step on your mental health journey. I’m truly looking forward to supporting you and walking alongside you as we navigate this path together.
